Adelaide Clemens

Brisbane is the place where she was raised. She is the daughter of British parents. Clemens first began acting in Australian television in high-school. She appeared on television in 2006 as a guest-starred in a role as Juliet in the episode Blue Water High and in 2007, as Alison as Alison in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji. Clemens received the Graham Kennedy Award in 2008 at the Logie Awards, for playing Harper. Clemens starred with Sigrid Xavier of Xavier Sigrid Cropper Andrew McFarlane and Linda Cropper in Dream Life 2008. The show starred MTV Networks Australia. Clemens was the main character in Jan Logan's Jewelery the year prior. Clemens transferred to Los Angeles California America in 2009. Clemens starred on the screen in the role of Xandrie (Wasted on the Young) in the movie Wasted on the Young. Clemens appeared in Camilla Dickinson along with Gregg Sulkin and Cary Elwes. Samantha Mathis also appeared. It was a dramatization of Madeleine's novel with the same title. Clemens portrayed Heather Mason as a teenager, as well as Samantha Mathis in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The movie was based on the survival horror video game Silent Hill 3 and was a sequel to the film Silent Hill.That year, Clemens was also in a leading character as the suffragette's young Valentine Wannop in Parade's End the TV mini-series version from Silent Hill, a Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens played the role in 2012's terror film, The film No One Lives starring Luke Evans. In 2013, Clemens appeared in The Great Gatsby, based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel that has the same title. Clemens played Catherine the sister of Myrtle Wilson played by Isla Fisher. Clemens stars as Tawney Talbot in the 2013 Sundance Channel television mini-series Rectify created by Ray McKinnon. She will also star with Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto in the independent drama The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
